This was from the stop the privatization of healthcare protest on May 30.  Multiple unions from all over the province coming to together to stop the privatization of healthcare.  We took to the streets and walked up university avenue to Queens park

Please see attached backdrop for TEAMS.  We are asking members to save it in TEAMS and use it to support your executive team as we negotiate the wage reopener. I have asked the employer and we are allowed to use it.

The positions for the Local Secretary-Treasurer/Returning Officer/Scrutineers are open for election.  The Returning Officer Susan Schierholtz will be accepting nominations until April 26^th for the election for the current vacancies.

Please copy the person that you are nominating so that they can in turn accept the nomination. In the event that an election is required, it will occur after April 26^th once the electronic voting is set up.  Thank you to all that are nominated.

Our past Secretary-Treasurer  will assist/train the newly elected Treasurer.

Just a reminder for April 16th, 2025’s General Membership meeting.

Start time is at 5:00 pm

Employees may use the employers computers to attend the AGM, provided that they are not scheduled to work at that time.  However, please note that company computers cannot be taken home for this purpose.
